From Blocked to Blooming is a 16-week 1:1 program designed to help you gently release sexual blocks, shame and fear around intimacy, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and awaken to the love, intimacy, and pleasure that has always been your birthright.
 
Step by step, you will change your negative association with intimacy. You will learn how to create safety within yourself, heal old wounds, and reconnect with your inner sexual compass that reveals your deepest wants, needs and desires. Along the way, you’ll learn to open up to pleasure and receive love without abandoning yourself. You will embody deep worthiness and see your sexuality as something sacred, empowering, and free.

You are not too late. You are not too far gone. You are right on time. And I am so honored to walk beside you on this journey home to your true sexual self.

My BLOOM Healing Process...

Throughout this healing journey you will be guided with my own unique healing method that I´ve created after helping my clients over the last two years. This is a step-by-step emotional and somatic framework to guide your healing from the inside out.​​This is your invitation to bloom.

B - Believe

Begin by believing that you are whole, worthy, and that your experiences make sense. This is where you meet yourself with compassion and start to understand the roots of your sexual story.

L - Listen. Learn. Love.

Begin by listening to your body’s signals — your sensations and triggers are trying to guide you. Learn how your nervous system works, and what it needs to feel safe. And most of all, love the parts of you that hurt. Not to fix them, but to meet them with compassion, and let healing begin.

O - Overcome

Start rewriting limiting beliefs and releasing shame. Gently face the blocks that have held you back, and shift the stories that no longer serve you.

O - Own

Own your body, your pleasure, your voice, and your desires. This is where embodiment deepens and you take back your power with confidence and grace.

M - Manifest

Take aligned, heartfelt action toward the intimate life you truly desire. Step into your full expression, where pleasure leads the way.

Hello, I´m Bodil

Your sexologist and heart-led coach

I know how vulnerable it can feel to walk this path. To open to your sexuality, your pleasure, your worth. To meet the parts of you that have been silenced, shamed, or hidden away. It takes courage. It takes a brave heart. And I want you to know — I see you.

For a long time, I carried my own pain in silence. I knew the longing for love, intimacy, and connection — yet I felt blocked by fear, shame, and the belief that I wasn’t enough. I felt unworthy of being fully seen, terrified of rejection, and disconnected from my body’s deepest desires. There were moments I wondered if freedom and love were ever meant for me.

But what I discovered is this: healing doesn’t come from “fixing” yourself. It comes from remembering your wholeness, reclaiming your worth, and daring to receive love — from yourself first, and then from others. Slowly, gently, I began to create safety in my own body, to soften into self-acceptance, and to believe that I was worthy of the love and pleasure I longed for.

This is why I created From Blocked to Blooming. Because I know what it feels like to be stuck in pain and fear, and I also know the freedom of beginning to bloom. This journey is about walking hand in hand with your true self — the part of you that has always been there, waiting to be seen, loved, and celebrated.
